Claims Process: Call our office at 580-323-1591 to begin the process. We will obtain all necessary information from you and submit the claim to your insurance company for handling. The insurance company will be responsible for making the determination of whether your policy will apply to this claim and the amount that may be paid.
Time Frame: Most claims are settled quickly. If you have not been contacted by the adjustor within the next three business days, please contact us.
Your Part: There may be additional information required by the insurance company to process your claim. Therefore, please respond promptly to any communication you receive. Keep copies of any documents that may be important to settling your claim, such as, police reports, receipts, and estimates.
